Superchallenge Charity Organization for Rehabilitation & Education (SCORE) is a specialized educational and rehabilitation social welfare, non government organization in Kannambra (Kerala, India). Our objectives to serve the underprivileged and the needy by providing the needed education, training in skills, scholarship and counseling so as to equip, encourage, and empower individuals to become useful member of the society. Intellectual impairment is viewed largely as a stigma and acceptance of the child is the biggest challenge that we face, in the course of their development.
